Every Coach Bag Line: Compared Line by Line
Founded in 1941, Coach originally produced men’s small leather goods, and women’s handbags came later and grew into the heart of the brand. Today the range of coach handbags covers tailored shoulder bags, relaxed hobos, satchels, carryalls, crossbodies and reissued archive designs. Each major line is examined in turn in this guide, with notes on what the bag is, when it first appeared and how it is built. Some well-known lines have no reliable launch year on record, so launch dates are listed in this guide only where they are documented.
Rather than reflecting an official price list, the prices here are observed market prices from 2026, and size, material and promotions all affect them. Similar names can label entirely different designs, a point worth remembering before buying your first coach bag. Certain shoppers type “couch bag” when searching online for a Coach bag, which can draw listings for furniture into the results because that word also refers to a sofa.
The Tabby Line
Featuring detachable straps and Signature “C” hardware, the Tabby is a firm-bodied shoulder bag that can also be worn crossbody. Inspired by a form from Coach’s 1970s archive, it was introduced by Stuart Vevers in 2019. Fashion photographer Juergen Teller is reported to have shot its launch campaign, “Dream It Real”. Sold under the base product name Tabby Shoulder Bag, it has been listed in sizes 20, 26 and 36.
Titles such as Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 With Pillow Quilting identify the puffy Pillow Tabby, which followed in 2021. The Tabby 26 was observed at $475 in the US and £475 in the UK, while quilted and special-edition versions sat higher. Its easy switch between shoulder and crossbody wear makes it well suited for buyers who want one bag for both day and evening.
The Brooklyn Family
The Brooklyn is a relaxed coach shoulder bag in natural-grain leather, much nearer to a hobo than to the structured Tabby. It was launched in August 2024, following a showing on official website the Fall 2024 runway. Two main sizes have been reported, the Brooklyn 28 and the larger Brooklyn 39. Billed as large enough for a 15-inch laptop, the 39 works as a practical work bag.
A newer Brooklyn Carryall shape was reported for Spring 2026, and it is a separate bag from the shoulder styles. The Brooklyn 28 was observed at £350 at John Lewis in the UK. The RealReal’s 2025 resale report noted that searches for Coach had grown 160% and named the Brooklyn among its examples; the figure, however, measures searches rather than resale prices.
The Rogue Line
The Rogue is Coach’s structured satchel, finished with top handles and a shoulder strap. It made its debut on the Fall 2016 runway, was later discontinued and made a comeback in a 2021 relaunch. With versions in regenerative leather and exotic skins, the line stands at the very top of Coach’s leather range. A Rogue 25 in alligator was observed at $8,000, the steepest Coach bag price observed in 2026.
Coach also makes a Made-to-Order Rogue, which has reportedly taken roughly 12 weeks, rising to about 16 weeks with exotic materials. By way of Coach (Re)Loved, the brand’s own resale and repair program, restored Rogue bags have also been offered. For a lot of collectors, the Rogue demonstrates how far upmarket Coach craftsmanship can go.
The Empire Carryall
The Empire Carryall is an elongated, east-west top-handle bag offered as the Empire Carryall Bag 34. Its release came in February 2025, following its appearance on Coach’s Fall 2024 runway. According to reports in the fashion press, it sold out on its release day. The structured Carryall 34 is separate from softer variants called Soft Empire, among them a Soft Empire 40.
The Empire Carryall 34 was observed at £475 on Coach’s own website in the UK. Its long top-handle shape makes it a dressier alternative to a coach tote bag for everyday carrying. Anyone comparing listings should confirm the number after the name, since 34 and 40 are different bags.
Kisslock Variants Compared: Frame, Dreamer and Barrel
Kisslock is the name of a frame clasp drawn from vintage coin purses, a motif Coach links to the Bonnie Cashin era. Several different bags share the term, and they should not be mixed up. Observed at $350, the Kisslock Frame Bag in glovetanned leather was reported as the opening look of the Fall 2026 show. Earlier Kisslock Frame versions also show up in listings, so the family may predate that show.
Today, the Kisslock Dreamer 21 appears chiefly as restored or upcrafted pieces through Coach (Re)Loved; it is an older style featuring quilted nappa leather and rivets. For Spring 2026, Coach Originals reissued a 1973 design as the Kisslock Barrel Bag. The name picked up yet another use as a Kisslock Backpack was also shown for Fall 2026.
Swinger, Swing Zip and The Coach Originals
The Coach Originals is a line of newly made reissues of archive designs, so its bags are brand-new rather than vintage. A short-strap, zip-top shoulder bag with a turnlock, the Swinger comes from an original design that Coach places in 1987. The current version is the Swinger Bag 20, also available With Chain and in Signature canvas or jacquard. The Swing Zip is a separate Coach Originals bag drawn from a 1998 design, so the two names are not interchangeable.
Other Originals reported in early 2025 included the Safari Bag from 1968, the Dinky from 1974 and the Hamptons Hobo from 2005. As of 2020, the Coach Originals name was reportedly in circulation. The line works for buyers who want an archive look without the wear of a properly vintage piece.
The Soho Names: Bag 25, Flap and Sneaker
Because it covers three different products, Soho is one of the most confusing names in the Coach catalog. In 2006, the original Soho Flap was introduced. The Soho Bag 25 is not that 2006 bag but a newer, smaller reissue offered in materials such as glovetanned leather, patent leather and crystal jacquard. Soho styles belong to The Coach Originals, and a Soho Flap Bag in regenerative leather has also appeared in listings.
The Soho Sneaker, by contrast, is footwear that Coach has featured in 2025 and 2026, so it groups with shoes and coach clothing rather than handbags. To distinguish the bags from the shoe, try adding “Bag 25” or “Flap” to a search. Because no reliable current price for the Soho bags was captured, visit Coach’s own website before buying.
Willow, Cassie and Juliet
These three lines are recognizable, but none has a documented launch year, so view any date you see online with caution. Willow is a pebble-leather family that has taken in the Willow Tote 24, a Willow Bucket and a Willow Shoulder bag. A Custom Willow Tote has also appeared on Coach’s own website; the Willow Tote 24, meanwhile, is a straightforward example of a coach tote bag. The Cassie Crossbody Bag 19, featuring a Signature turnlock and interchangeable straps, is part of Cassie, a crossbody and top-handle design.
Coach’s own website has continued to list Cassie styles using newer style codes. Offered in versions such as the Juliet Shoulder Bag 25 and the Pocket Juliet Bag 30, Juliet is a slouchy shoulder bag in glovetanned leather. Availability changes with the seasons, so check whether a given Willow, Cassie or Juliet style is still current before acting on an older review.
All the Lines at a Glance: Observed Prices
The table below brings the main lines together with their shape, key date and an observed 2026 price where one was reliably captured. Rather than an official Coach price list, these are observed market prices that can vary with size, material, color and promotions. US prices exclude sales tax, but UK prices include VAT. A coach outlet runs its own promotions on outlet styles, whereas full-price styles can be marked down during sales.
Set up as Coach’s own official channel, Coach Outlet trades through outlet stores and an official online outlet section on Coach’s own website. In 2014, Coach’s head of investor relations was quoted as saying about 85% of outlet merchandise was made specifically for the outlet channel. That number should be read as dated; Tapestry has since discussed bringing some full-price collection product into outlets. Current-season lines are available at a full-price coach store or on Coach’s own website.
